Overview
The project involved designing a pop-up concept for Laneige, to be featured across multiple locations in Canada. The Eaton Centre in Toronto was used as a case study for this project. The aim was to create an engaging, youthful, and vibrant retail activation that resonates with Laneige's target demographic and highlights the playful nature of its product packaging.
Design solution
In the HydroSphere pop-up concept, I emphasized fun and playfulness, targeting Laneige's youthful audience. The design focuses on enhancing user interaction and visual appeal, reflecting Laneige's products' refreshing and hydrating qualities. The concept utilizes bright colours, inflatable elements, and dynamic forms to create an inviting and memorable experience.
The Hydrochair concept diagram shows its fun design, modern features, and user-friendly elements. With dynamic shapes and bright colors, it looks playful and attractive. The displays are interactive and sleek, highlighting the chair's functions. Pop-up parts add excitement and familiarity helps users engage easily, improving their experience.
I focus on iteration during the design development phase to create compelling illustrations and visual branding elements. I aim to capture the refreshing essence of Laneige's products through vibrant colors, sleek modern designs, and captivating imagery. I aim to craft illustrations and graphics that attract attention and resonate with the audience, invoking a sense of rejuvenation and vitality. By strategically placing these eye-catching visuals, I work to reinforce Laneige's brand identity and draw customers into the world of Laneige.
The pop-up installation is strategically positioned within the bustling retail hub of Eaton Centre, seamlessly blending into the store's layout and enhancing the overall customer experience.
